If you are positive a contact has opted-in to your funnel, but they're not showing up in your list, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue :
1. Refresh your page. Contact info may take a couple of minutes to show up.
2. Check that the link you shared with the contact is correct, exactly as displayed on your Dashboard.
3. Check if the contact may have visited another member's link before. If they opted-in to another team member's link, they will not be able to opt-in to your link for the next 6 months.
4. Ask the contact to try again using a different browser(Chrome/Firefox).
5. If the problem persists, report it to email@example.com along with additional details, such as your link and the name/email of the contact.
